Today as we encounter a nice, hot summer day,
it brings to mind the yummy, summer-time fruits available this time of
year.  Now is the time to eat apricots, nectarines, peaches and plums.
 They are prime for the pickin' right now so go for it!  If you can,
buy them from a local market.  Buying from local markets is the best
way to get the juiciest, sweetest stone fruits. These fruits have
carotenoids, potassium, flavonoids and nearly a third of the daily
recommended amount of vitamin C.
