"We are all in spring cleaning mode now that Summer is creeping up on us.  Begin Summer with a strong finish on Spring cleaning!  You can make simple changes towards a cleaner diet by:

1.  Eating good fats such as Omega 3s, MUFAs from avocados, and olive oil.
2.  Choose preservative free foods or foods with less chemicals/preservatives in them to minimize challenges to your immune system.
3.  Clean your fresh produce with produce spray/cleaner or you can use a solution of 1/4 cup vinegar in 1 gallon of water.
4.  Eat 3 fruits per day and 2 vegetables per day OR MORE!
5.  Eat a high fiber grain at each meal such as: old fashioned oats at breakfast, whole wheat bread on sandwich at lunch, and a sweet potato at dinner.

These are five simple things you can do to begin changing over to a cleaner diet.  Finish strong with your Spring cleaning!  Start Summer with a pledge to change over to a cleaner diet!"
